New client method + minted_at on ResolvedIdentity. Lists canonical profiles newest-first (paginated) — the 'who's on the overlay' primitive. Returns [] on error so discovery views never brick. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
